Order Thursday by 12pm CST - Delivery Friday
Order Thursday after 12pm CST - Sunday: Delivery Tuesday
Shipping Policies
- All of our gourmet caramel apples are made fresh to order the same day that they ship out. We do not have backstock of our apples, they are made specific and fresh for every order placed.
- Please be advised that we DO NOT ship packages to P.O. Boxes. Our packages can only be shipped to physical addresses where the recipient will be present. We cannot fully guarantee shipping to hospitals, hotels or resorts. Please ensure the person will be there to accept the delivery & notify someone on duty of its upcoming arrival.
- All of our shipping is calculated based on the weight of the products purchased and the location they are being shipped to.
- There is no signature required for our packages and FedEx will leave them at the door if no one is available to receive them.
- While FedEx is extremely reliable there are certain delays which can arise as a result of weather and transportation. We are not responsible for these types of delays, even when you have purchased the Overnight option.
- Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you feel that your package has not arrived in satisfactory condition, please contact us.
